NORTH CEDAR SEEKING ALUMNI AWARD NOMINATIONS

Do you have a high school classmate or know of a family member or neighbor that graduated from North Cedar or one of the predecessor districts who has contributed in a unique way to their community or profession? The North Cedar Alumni Awards committee is seeking nominations for the 2022-23 North Cedar Alumni Awards. Nominations are due Sept. 15, 2022.

Nominations are being accepted in the following categories:

• Achievement Award: Given to alumni who have earned recognition for their achievements and contributions in their professional life.
• Service Award: Given to alumni for specific and meritorious service to North Cedar or any other not-for-profit organization.
• Athletics Award: Awarded to alumni with exceptional accomplishment in athletics while attending high school.
• Fine Arts Award: Awarded to alumni with exceptional accomplishment in the fine arts while attending high school.
• Community Impact Award: Awarded to alumni who should be rewarded for their service impact on the North Cedar community.

Nominees for the North Cedar Alumni Awards must be an alum of North Cedar High School or one of the former district high schools that make up North Cedar (Clarence, Lowden, Mechanicsville, Stanwood, Clarence-Lowden, Lincoln, or North Cedar), and he or she must be at least 28 years of age.

Recipients will be selected later this year and awards will be presented in early 2023.
